About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our dynamic team.
As a TA with SEN experience, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Use your creativity and initiative to engage students in learning activities.
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents/guardians.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN in a school or educational setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
- DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one through Class Cover.
