Deputy Nursery Manager – Tooting
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Tooting
Contract: Full-time, ASAP start
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a high-quality nursery in Tooting.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate the staff team to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
You will need:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
