The Role
Working as an Education Recruitment Consultant is challenging and hard work. It involves a high volume of sales calls, candidate interviews and face-to-face client visits but this also makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We’re always busy, so you’ll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues. This level of role would best suit someone with an existing background in recruitment. We will need you to retain the existing client base while building new relationships with local schools.
When you join us you will be fully supported and provided with extensive training to help you get started. It doesn’t stop there though and our on-going training and development will help you climb our career ladder.
